Apple Messages for Business and this assistant

1. Point the assistant at your site so your own services, prices and turnarounds become the answers it gives, as published content rather than a re-typed copy. 2. Expose the bench as a small MCP server: what you take on, a lookup by reference and email, and a read that only answers for the signed-in person. 3. Give the enquiry tool an action card, so a job opens as one structured record instead of a message somebody has to re-read and re-type. 4. Wire the identity hand-off, because a thread that never resets is only worth having if the assistant knows who has been talking in it. 5. Register the business last. Verification is a process with a queue; everything above can be right and proven before you join it.

What is seeded rather than connected

There is no Apple Messages for Business account behind this page. Nothing here is registered with Apple, no thread exists in anybody's Messages app, and no Apple service is contacted at any point.
Haldane Optical is an invented practice. The address, the telephone number, the email, the opticians, the prices and the threads are all fictional — nothing here dials or reaches anybody.
