| `OR-REP` | Frame repair | Soldered hinges, re-threaded rimless mounts, replacement arms machined to match — including frames nobody has made since the eighties. | Anyone, bought here or not | Most repairs same day; anything needing a part, four to seven days |
| `OR-GLAZE` | Reglazing your own frame | New lenses cut to a frame you already own and love, once the bench has checked it will survive the edging. | Anyone | Three to five working days |
